James Holiday Villa is conveniently situated close to the many amenities in the Sarasota area. The Villa is fully Air Conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room, has 3 bedroooms 2 Bathrooms complete with all linen and towels, an enclosed Solar heated Pool, and a huge sceened patio and porch area around the pool to the rear where you can relax, or why not set up the barbeque and make yourself an American style burger to eat whilst you all relax around the pool!!!....ah ! dreams are made of this........... Conditions The Rates for the Year 2004/5 are One week £465:00 per week (including Taxes)£465.00, 2 weeks £440 per week. 3 weeks or more, £415.00 per week. Christmas and Easter supplement +£25 per week week. A Deposit of £100 per week at the time of booking, and all balances are payable in full 8 weeks prior to departure.
