DUET OF LENTIL SOUP

A creamed red and brown lentil soup cooked in a rich vegetable and herb liqueur

FISH COURSE

Prawns and smoked salmon forcemeat wrapped in a fresh plaice fillet and poached in white wine and lemon, escorted with oven baked salmon and a filo pastry parcel and served with a cheese and chive sauce.

MAIN COURSE

Prime Medallions of fillet steak, pan fried in butter and finished in cognac, presented on a bed of creamy crushed potatoes placed on a trio of chef's own sauces, and accompanied with a basket of vegetable medley.

DESSERT

A selection of mini gateaux, mousses and choux pastries served with fresh cream.

And to finish your meal, a nice selection of continental cheese board is served to your table.
