THE FOLLOWING TABLE IS USED TO CALCULATE THE CODE AND VALUE OF THE LENS TO WHICH YOU WILL BE ENTITLED

To use the table you must have a valid prescription. You Optician will have calculated which voucher code you are entitled at the time of the Sight Test. As an example your Prescription may say R + 2.25sph +1.00cyl at ..180 and L + 2.00 sph. this would entitle you to an A voucher. If the Prescription was R +6.25sph +4.25cyl at 100 and L + 6.00 this would entitle you to a B voucher.
